I love working closely with teams to build thoughtful solutions that leverage research, data, and human-centered design. I'm a collaborative human at heart and total process nerd who loves engaging people while bringing a lightness into any meeting, presentation, or workshop experience.

I'm also fascinated by the intersection of design, tech, and mental health — In particular, I'm hungry to make mental health a more accessible and approachable space for all of us.
